Austin Adventist Junior Academy Admissions
We are excited that you are considering Austin Adventist Junior Academy (AAJA) among your private Christian academic options in the Austin area.
On this page you will find the following sections:
- Submit an Application Packet to the Admissions Office
- Applicants for grades 5 - 10 need to complete the Student Questionnaire. These should be mailed from the school directly to the Admissions Office at Austin Adventist Junior Academy.
- After receiving the completed application and fee, we will notify you of dates for student assessments (grades K-4) when necessary.
- Parents will be scheduled for an interview. They should bring the completed Parent Questionnaire which will form the basis of some of the discussion during your interview.
- Students applying for grades 5-10 will also be interviewed. They should bring the completed Student Questionnaire which will form the basis of some of the discussion during your interview.
- After all application forms are received and reviewed, letters will be sent to each family applying to AAJA. If an offer is made, an enrollment agreement will be included with the letter. This agreement, along with the Financial Responsibility Form is due within two weeks. The full tuition is due by August 1, 2009.
- Austin Adventist Junior Academy is committed to providing need-based financial aid, assisting students who otherwise would not be able to benefit from an Austin Adventist Academy experience. Please request a financial aid packet or visit with our School Board for more information.
- Other completed forms are necessary to complete the Application process and include:
- Student Pledge
- Physical Examination
- Immunization Records
- Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport, INS status documentation
- Emergency Treatment Consent
- Financial Responsibility Form and Contract
- Photocopies of most recent grade reports, standardized test scores and any special education or behavioral evaluations
In keeping with the school's purpose, Austin Adventist Junior Academy seeks to offer affordable private christian education to as many families and students as possible. Tuition and fees are kept as low as economically possible. We invite you to review our current tuition and fee structure.
